What age do you have to be in order to join?

You must be a High School aged yound lady. The ages range from 14-18. You can also be 13 as long as you are an incoming Freshman or already in highschool. If you are under this age requirement we do have a program called Gamma BaBEEs. This program is for young girls between the ages of 5-13. See our PROGRAMS tab for more information.

What are the requirements?

In order to obtain membership into this organization you must go through 3 step process:
 
Basic Requirements to be Interviewed are:
-Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
-Letter of Recommendation 
-Photo of yourself
-$10 application fee (non-refundable)
-Buisness Attire
-Letter of Interest
-Filled out Membership Application
 
The Interview Process- If you pass the Interview Process you will be informed via email or phone call with further instructions to prepare you for the 2nd phase.
The Learning Process- You must go through this phase to move on to the 3rd phase.
The New Member Presentation- This is the final phase. You will have the opportunity to show your family and friends how far you have come since Day one of your phases. Once this phase is complete, you will be an Official member in the organization.

When are interviews and intake for girls interested in joining?

We have "Interest Meetings" during various seasons of the year. We do not guarantee to have a potential new member intake every season so we do ask that any young lady or parent who is interested in being apart of the interest meeting to visit our website and social media accounts for updates on Interest meeting dates.

Are there any Fees?

It is absolutely no fee to come to the first half of the Interest meeting (Informational).
However, in order to move on to the Interview process which is followed immediately after the informational, you must first pay the required Application/Interview fee of $10 (non-refundable). If you pass your Interviews you move on to the 2nd process which also has a non-refundable fee that is disclosed once you are accepted to move onto the 2nd process. The next fees that you will have would be membership fees in which you will not be required to pay unless you have passed all 3 phases and that is disclosed once those phases are complete.

What does this organization do?

We are an organization that makes it a priority to serve and help the community. So we do numerous community service events yearly. We are a sisterhood. We genuinely love each and every member in this organization and we strive to spend as much time as we can with one another bonding and constantly growing a stronger relationship with one another. We also teach our members various life lessons and skills. We have social events such as parties or any other fun event we may plan. Most of our events are open to the public. We also have scholarship opportunities for our graduating seniors of the organization. Our organization also has a program from younger girls (Ages 5-13) called Gamma Babees. This is a program the helps our current high school members learn mentorship and leadership skills. As well as gives young girls the opportunity to learn important skills that will help develop them into great young ladies.
